Cancellation Policy for reservation paid by a Bank of hours :

If cancellation is made more than 48 hours before time of play : Court fees will be refunded to your bank of hours
If cancellation is made less than 48 hours before time of play : Court fees are not refundable

Cancellation Policy for Regular Booking :

If cancellation is made more than 24 hours before time of play : Court fees will be refunded as a club credit.
If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before time of play : Court fees are not refundable
